Camp David is located on West Main Street and offers a variety of lodging to fit
anyone’s wish list. Six cottages are private, but located close enough for
groups to enjoy.
Pecan Suite – portion of the original restored home.
This 1920’s home offers an opportunity to enjoy your hosts’ gracious
hospitality. The bedrooms are charming and inviting (king-size beds) and are
toped with an antique quilt. The bath has a tub/shower. Your host’s are
in a private suite in the home.
Behind the Pecan Suite is a village of enchanting cottages. A vine Jasmine
arbor is the entrance into the courtyard. Three cottages surround the courtyard
and have a porch with rockers and a bistro table for two. Each cottage offers
a large open suite; perfect for a romantic getaway or relaxing with friends.
All the cottages have access to the courtyard.
Cedar Cottage - The bed is king-size and topped with an elegant
coverlet, boasting blue and soft yellow. The sofa is placed to enjoy the TV
and the gas log fireplace. A sumptuous bath has large Whirlpool (and shower).
Maple Cottage - Burgundy and cream create a warm country feel
on the king-size bed. A sofa is placed to enjoy a fire from the gas log fireplace
or watch TV. The large Whirlpool (and shower) in the bath is inviting and luxurious.
Sycamore Cottage - A king-bed is embellished with a beautiful
comforter. The sofa is convenient for watching the TV or keeping warm in front
of the gas log fireplace. An adjacent bath has a large Whirlpool tub (and shower).
Cypress Cottage – Blue and cream colors give a country
feel to this cabin. A sofa faces a mock fireplace. The king sized and single
beds are topped with matching comforters. A large tub for two (with shower)
is found in the bath.
Willow Cottage – A private courtyard leading to the
cabin is tucked behind arbors of wisteria. Plum fabric is draped around the
king-sized bed and topped with a quilt. A sofa is placed to enjoy the TV and
gas log fireplace. The bath has a large Whirlpool tub and shower.
