Two comfy chairs are found on the front porch. Inside is a wonderful Tuscany dream awaits your arrival.

The living room seats four people comfortably. A wonderful leopard print sofa and two elegant armchairs are placed to enjoy the big screen cable television set, the wood fireplace or just enjoy the music, which is piped throughout out the house and back yard. An arched doorway enters into the refined dining room with it’s faux finish walls and coffered ceiling with a vision of the blue sky. Look up to the ceiling and notice the beautiful sky painted and how the antique candelabra highlights and taunts the blue with an artist’s flair. The glass table seats four people. A handsome sideboard with a mirror creates an extra touch of sophistication to this special room.

If you are a fan of “kitchens”, you will love this one. The soft buttercup color walls are accented by the wonderful dark cherry cabinets which are then topped with a refined granite countertop. An island sits in the middle of the kitchen and has an Italian style pot rack complete with your cooking needs. Enjoy the Mediterranean Ceramic dishes to enjoy your cuisine whether it be Tuscan, Mexican or simply hamburgers. The utility room has a washer/dryer.

Two luscious bedrooms are found in this special home. The master bedroom is found in the back of the house and has a black iron king bed. Courtly bed coverings top the high quality mattress. The bed linens are very high count and heavenly to sleep on. The adjacent has a tub shower. A second bedroom is located in the front of the house and has a queen iron bed. Elegance definitely describes the luscious room (again down to the bed linens). A hall bath has a shower. Both bathrooms offer high count towels, which are luscious and plush.

Under the Tuscan sun (I mean Fredericksburg sun) enjoy the wonderful private patio just outside. Rock pavers on the patio are adorned with a landscaped stucco fence and a Koi stocked waterfall and pond—perfect for relaxing and enjoying our wonderful cool mornings.
