Some of our homeowners will rent their properties on a monthly basis during the slower times of year. Generally this is January, February, May, June, July, August, and September.

Above rates are based on double occupancy. Daily rates apply to 30+ days. Additional person(s) will be subject to a charge of $10.00 per day, per person.
The above price includes all of the utilities plus television and phone connections (if applicable)
No housekeeping is provided.
Deposit policy requires an initial deposit of $300.00 within 14 days of making reservations and a second deposit, equal to 1 month’s rent, 90 days prior to arrival with payment in full 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy requires written notice at least 45 days prior to arrival in order to be eligible for refund or deposit monies, less a $100.00 processing fee. Cancellation Policy for less than 45 days one month’s rent will be retained by Gästehaus Schmidt and the Homeowner.
Reservations lasting 30 days or longer do not pay hotel/motel tax. No refunds for early departures.
