Join the Admiral Nimitz Foundation and the National Museum of the Pacific War, 311 East Austin, for an Authors Forum featuring James Hornfischer and Stephen Moore. They will talk about their most recent books, take questions from the audience and be available to sign books at the end of the program. Copies of Hornfischer’s book, Neptune’s Inferno: The U.S. Navy at Guadalcanal, as well as Moore’s book, Battle Surface: Lawson P. “Red” Ramage and the War Patrols of the USS Parche, will be available for purchase at the event.

Frances Strange, author of  Don Strange of Texas: His Life and Recipes, will be signing autographs at Der Küchen Laden, 335 East Main Street, on Saturday March 12 at 3 pm.
