Outlaw Half Marathon & 5K Run 2015 – April 11

Join the folks in historic Luckenbach Texas for this annual event. Grab your friends and plan to stay for live music, beer, food and wine. Run through Downtown Luckenbach, along scenic Texas country roads and finish at the famous Luckenbach Post Office. We are proud to partner with and benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society in their mission to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease and myeloma and improve the quality of life of patients and their families. T-shirts and finisher’s awards included. All runners receive entry into the post party celebration.

Packet pickup at 6 am; half marathon and 5k start at 8 am. All half marathon participants must complete the course within the 5 hour time limit (by 1 pm).

Luckenbach Birthday Weekend – May 26-27

Happy Birthday Luckenbach! Come celebrate all day on Saturday May 26th.

FREE afternoon music on the outdoor stage with Jamie Richards Band. Watch a Vintage Baseball Game at 5pm. Bring your lawnchairs, your dogs on leashes and your kids! (No tickets required until 7pm)

Jason Eady and his Band open for Mickey and the Motorcars at 9pm on the outdoor stage. Everyone must have a ticket for the evening show. Tickets are available online or at the ticket booth in Luckenbach starting at 7pm.

Lip smackin, Toe Tappin GOOD Time Sunday.  It’s a family day like No Other – Rock n Roll for the Big Kids, Luckenbach dirt for the little kids.  Ice Cream for all.   Dad..the family will be talkin about this day for ever and ever.  Be the Hero..C’mon!  Bring your lawn chairs and your dogs on leashes. 1-5pm  No cover charge for the day time show.  Stick around for the evening show at 8pm.. 40th Annual Luckenbach, Texas Hug-In – February 13-14

The Luckenbach post office and general storeIt’s that time of year again for folks to get “Back to the Basics of Love”.  You can do it at Luckenbach’s annual Hug-In and Valentine Ball!

Asleep at the Wheel holds court on Saturday night for the Valentine’s Ball and Dale Watson joins the fun on Friday night with the “Give Me More Kisses” dance.  Tickets are available for the entire event which includes a camping pass and tickets to both shows or purchase a ticket for just the shows, no camping.  Tickets for the entire weekend are $45.  Dale Watson’s show ticket is $15.  Asleep at the Wheel’s show ticket is $20.  Happy Valentine’s Weekend Y’all!  Come get your HEART on with us!  Details and tickets available online. (830)997-3224.

Luckenbach Rod & Custom Car Show – June 15

10 years of beautiful classic and restored cars and bikes but with a few changes this year – no official judging/awards. There will be live music, Great Cars, and lot’s of family fun and Luckenbach’, Texas‘ annual Rod & Custom Car Show!

This is a gathering of fun, like-minded car enthusiasts hanging out and raising money for our local youth.

Spectators are free. Car registration is $20 per car (limited to 225 cars).

Proceeds benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Texas Hill Country.

Luckenbach Mud Dauber Fest and Chili Cook Off – March 23

Luckenbach Texas loves to celebrate the annual return of mud dauber insects, enough to hold a festival in the pesky creatures’ honor – the Mud Dauber Fest – a day filled with live music, cold beverages and fun this Saturday, March 23 beginning at 1:00 p.m.

The Tolbert sanctioned Chili cook-off returns! This event is open to the public. Purchase a Tasting kit and help choose the best tasting Chili in the Universe! Tasting kits will be available for purchase the day of event for $10  Proceeds to benefit ALS. Cooks registration starts at 8 am. Only 150 spots!

Luckenbach New Year’s Eve – December 31

Luckenbach New Year’s Eve Celebration with Randy Brown will be a fun night of dancing, complete with Peach Champagne Toast, Breakfast Tacos and Black Eye Peas. Party Favors for everyone. New Year’s Eve always sells out so get your tickets NOW so you can get your group seated at the same table.

COURTESY SHUTTLE to and from Fredericksburg Inn & Suites Hotel. If you are staying in Fredericksburg and would like to take the shuttle, please be our guest. There is no additional cost for this service but please feel free to tip your driver. The shuttle will run from Fredericksburg Inn & Suites starting at 7pm til 9:30pm..coming to Luckenbach. Return service to Fredericksburg will begin at 11:45pm and go til 1am. PLEASE BE SAFE ON NEW YEARS EVE!

“Bach at Luckenbach” – July 27

The Fredericksburg Community Orchestra is hosting “Bach at Luckenbach,” an evening of string music, food and fun at Luckenbach Texas, on Wednesday, July 25 from 5:00 p.m. until 9 p.m. The evening opens with local string students performing recital pieces. A spaghetti dinner begins at 6:00 p.m., followed by an hour of the Fredericksburg Community Orchestra performing selections from past concerts and wrapping up with another hour of The Dirty Rotten String Band. Between performances, a new guitar signed by artists who have performed at Luckenbach this summer will be auctioned. Ticket sales ended Friday, July 20. Proceeds will assist the Fredericksburg Community Orchestra to promote string education in Fredericksburg. For more information, call (806) 549-2483
