Hill Country Food Truck Festival – August 2

First annual event to be held in Luckenbach Texas and featuring live Americana music all day, around 15 Texas Hill Country food trucks and 10 Texas Hill Country wineries as well as beer from the Luckenbach bar. Proceeds benefit the Texas Center for Wine and Culinary Arts. The Americana live music schedule will kick off at noon and continue until 11:30 pm. Headlined by The Green Cards, performers will include Milk Drive, Lewis and Martin, Paul Cauthen, Bonnie Bishop, Dan Dyer, Steve Poltz and more. Tickets are available online.

Noon to 9 pm. Music until 11:30 pm. $15 per person; kids 12 and under are free. Rain or Shine!

Luckenbach Birthday Weekend – May 26-27

Happy Birthday Luckenbach! Come celebrate all day on Saturday May 26th.

FREE afternoon music on the outdoor stage with Jamie Richards Band. Watch a Vintage Baseball Game at 5pm. Bring your lawnchairs, your dogs on leashes and your kids! (No tickets required until 7pm)

Jason Eady and his Band open for Mickey and the Motorcars at 9pm on the outdoor stage. Everyone must have a ticket for the evening show. Tickets are available online or at the ticket booth in Luckenbach starting at 7pm.

Lip smackin, Toe Tappin GOOD Time Sunday.  It’s a family day like No Other – Rock n Roll for the Big Kids, Luckenbach dirt for the little kids.  Ice Cream for all.   Dad..the family will be talkin about this day for ever and ever.  Be the Hero..C’mon!  Bring your lawn chairs and your dogs on leashes. 1-5pm  No cover charge for the day time show.  Stick around for the evening show at 8pm.. Luckenbach Christmas Ball with Gary P. Nunn – December 22

Make sure your holiday plans include cuttin’ a rug in the Luckenbach Dancehall to the legendary Gary P. Nunn!! He will be performing at this year’s Cowboy Christmas Ball. It will surely be a night to remember! Advance tickets on sale now. $20 per person; kids 12 and under are free.  All ages welcome but everyone must have a ticket. The World Famous Luckenbach Dance Hall located in the beautiful Texas Hill Country was made famous by Willie, Waylon and The Boys and local folklorist Hondo Crouch.

iRun Texas Lone Star Half Marathon & 5K – April 19

LoneStarRunJoin us for the first of its kind Half Marathon in historic Luckenbach Texas, 419 Luckenbach Town Loop. Run through Downtown Luckenbach along the Texas Hill Country’s scenic country roads and back through the Town Loop in Luckenbach. Luckenbach Mud Dauber Fest and Chili Cook Off – March 23

Luckenbach Texas loves to celebrate the annual return of mud dauber insects, enough to hold a festival in the pesky creatures’ honor – the Mud Dauber Fest – a day filled with live music, cold beverages and fun this Saturday, March 23 beginning at 1:00 p.m.

The Tolbert sanctioned Chili cook-off returns! This event is open to the public. Purchase a Tasting kit and help choose the best tasting Chili in the Universe! Tasting kits will be available for purchase the day of event for $10  Proceeds to benefit ALS. Cooks registration starts at 8 am. Only 150 spots!

Luckenbach Mud Dauber/Rockin Billy Chili Fest 2015 – March 21

The best in Rock a Billy Music and a return to our Chili Cook Off Roots (Luckenbach and Terlingua are synonamous). A No Holds Barred Chili Cook Off… Get your team together and get ready to take the Luckenbach GOLD!! The Return of the Mud Dauber is also celebrated as Luckenbach has the best MUD in the Universe! Live music by Rosie Flores, Jesse Dayton, Two Tons of Steel, Paul Cauthen and Billy Joe Shaver. Public chili tasting begins at 1 pm. Chili tasting kits sold separately at the gate for $10 until sold out.
