The 50th Annual Stonewall Peach JAMboree and Rodeo will be held June 16 and 18 at the Stonewall Rodeo Grounds. The events kick off with a rodeo at 8 pm Friday night.
Vogel Orchard will host its 2nd Annual Peach Tree Planting Day on Saturday, February 26th, beginning at 9 a.m. You are invited to register for this fun and informative event by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 830-456-2337. Registration slots will be limited to allow for better interaction and reservations will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Last year, all spots filled and a few registrants had to be turned back.
The day’s events will include peach tree planting and care demonstrations, orchard tours, hands-on tree planting, and a Texas German-style barbeque picnic. You will experience peach tree planting on the Vogel family farm and learn how to plant and care for your own peach trees. Families are welcome.
