Limited Space at Chisholm Trail Wine and Food Pairing with Winemaker Paula K. Williamson – November 12

This sit down event begins at 12:30 pm and will include a taste of five of Chisholm Trail‘s fine wines along with a specially selected food sample, topped off with a private tour of the winery production facilities.

Vitner Dinner at Cabernet Grill – November 3

Chef Ross Burtwell will be hosting Grape Growers Neal & Janice Newsom of Newsom Vineyards in the Texas High Plains for a five course dinner with wine matched specifically to the cuisine at Cabernet Grill, Thursday November 3, at 2806 Highway 16 South.  Cost is $69.95 per person plus tax and 20% gratuity.  6:30 PM.  Advance reservations are required. Fall Wine and Food Festival – 9/24

Front of Texas Vineyards and BeyondTexas Vineyards & Beyond will host a Fall Wine and Food Festival this Saturday, September 24 from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. at its 329 ½ E. Main St. location in Fredericksburg. This event will feature five Texas wineries and three local food venues. Meet the winemakers and obtain autographed/personalized bottles. 4th Annual Hill Country Wine and Music Festival – 4/26-27

-Texas Wine Tasting & Food Pairing Evening (4/26) Two acclaimed Texas authors, Dr. Russell Kane and Chef Terry Thompson-Anderson, will be signing their latest books and offering tapas-style dishes paired with Texas Hill Country wines. There will also be a silent auction. 6 PM. $100 per person includes signed copies of both books. At the Ruff Haus, 205 N. Elk.

-Hill Country Wine & Music Festival at the Wildseed Farms (4/27) A day long event featuring lots of Texas wineries, Hill Country restaurants and specialty food vendors as well as amazing live music performances. 11 AM to 7 PM. The admission price of $20 includes a souvenir wine glass, 7 wine tasting tickets and food samples. Available for sale will be wine by the glass or bottle, non-alcoholic beverages, t-shirts, hats and posters as well as beer from the BrewBonnet Biergarten.
