Messina Hof Winery co-founders Paul and Merrill Bonarrigo have announced plans to build a second Messina Hof Winery and Resort on 10 acres on U.S. Highway 290, east of Fredericksburg in Gillespie County, with the first phase – a tasting room – expected to be in place by fourth quarter 2011.  Their original winery is in Bryan, Texas.
