Located in a new residential area in Fredericksburg Le Chalet is quietly tucked behind your host’s home. Finding they have a love of caring for guests, your hosts decided to build a cottage designed as a home away from home. Enter through a wood fence into a yard….intended to be enjoyed. The front porch has two comfy rockers overlooking the small fish pond and rock patio.
You’ll feel like you’ve been transported to a villa in Provence! Inside the one room cottage, enjoy an array of comfortable furniture combined with fanciful French touches. The charming terra cotta fresco walls are accented with green stripes in the kitchen along with stained cement floors. A king-sized sleigh bed is decked in a variety of stylish Ralph Lauren prints and a white coverlet. There is a generous trunk found at the foot of the bed. Thoughtfully placed to enjoy the television, the electric log fireplace or quiet moments of visiting or listening to music, the love seat is soft as silk. For intimate meals there is a full kitchen complete with refrigerator, microwave, range/oven, toaster and coffeemaker. A small bistro table for two is comfortable and cozy. The bath has a large whirlpool tub with a shower. Tres chic!
Outside enjoy rocking on the porch or the rock patio.
