When you think of Provence and the French countryside your sure to see not only the lavender fields and the bright sunshine, but also the decorating touches of French country antiques, a feeling of elegance and that welcoming warmth. Once you enter La Vie Est Belle you will find that French feeling awaiting your arrival. Located just a few blocks from Main Street in a quiet neighborhood this precious cottage sleeps up to four people. It is found just behind your hostess' home and has everything one needs for a wonderful stay. The French theme flows throughout the cottage with a combination of old and new. You will be in awe at the wonderful finds throughout. Your hostess is the owner of Simple Slips, a local business that designs and creates everything fabric--window coverings, bed linens, shower curtains, pillows, sofa and chair coverings. Her work has been featured in many magazines include Country Living, Victoria and Home Companion. She has also been featured on HGTV. Guests will soon appreciate and cherish this cottage for the beauty that has transformed it.
Two bedroom each have queen beds and their own style and personality. A bath with rich gold walls is decorated with a smart collection of black hats collected by your hostess over the years has a tiled shower. The living room is comfy with a feel of elegant shabby chic. A loveseat and armchair are placed to enjoy the large cable television and DVD (some movies provided). A fully equipped kitchen is perfect for that stay at home meal or just to enjoy morning breakfast. A table in the kitchen has two chairs placed around it (two more chairs can be found in the house for the table). The refrigerator is found in the adjacent room.
Outside is delightful...there is an outside seating area in front of the cottage (next to the host's home) that is completely private for guests.
