Among the Pecans has two separate suites that are each luxurious and comfortable and PRIVATE. It is located on the same property as the very popular Among the Crepe Myrtles and has most all of the same wonderful amenities that guests so enjoy.

Suite 2 —2 bedrooms and 2 baths

Enter into a open living room and kitchen. The living room has an elegant sofa (queen sleeper) and love seat placed to enjoy the satellite television/ DVD and gas log fireplace. An adjacent kitchen has everything needed for your stay. The country kitchen is spacious and bright—making any cooking experience a pleasure. You will find a stove/range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and coffeemaker. The two bedrooms both have their own baths. Each bedroom has a queen bed with a thick luxurious mattress and topped with 600 count sheets and satin bedding. The master bath has a champagne bubble tub and separate shower. The second bath has a champagne bubble tub with shower. The bedrooms and baths were built to have the maximum privacy. The old smokehouse has been transformed into separate cozy hot tub rooms with ambiance and privacy in mind, one private, secure room for each suite. The secluded Suite 2 hot tub seats six and has a radio built in to enjoy your time. This hot tub is for the exclusive use of Suite 2 guests.

Common areas for the two suites include a utility room with washer/dryer, and built in iron board and iron. Out back there is a large rock patio with furniture made to relax, barbeque grill, umbrella table for dining and fire pit. The old smokehouse has been transformed into a cozy hot tub room with ambiance and privacy in mind.

 

LOCATION –Approximately 9 miles from Fredericksburg on over 300+ acres

HOSTS -Suite to yourselves—may be someone in adjacent suite. Homeowners do live on the 300 acres
SLEEPS -2 -6 people with 2 queen beds and queen sleeper sofa (On weekdays only each additional bed used will be charged an extra person charge)
BATH -Two baths—Bath 1 has Champagne bubble tub and separate shower; Bath 2 has Champagne bubble tub with rain head shower
KITCHEN -has a fully equipped kitchen with range/oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker and dishwasher
BREAKFAST - Continental breakfast which includes fresh baked goods, eggs, coffee, teas, hot chocolate, milk, yogurt, and cereals are left.
PETS—YES—Must be crated when you have left the suite.  Any damages from the pet will be charged to your credit card.  (If a guest does not disclose bringing a pet or two then there will be a penalty which will either be double the normal pet fee per pet they did not claim or as much as the $200 additional cleaning fee. That will be determined on the way the property has been left.)

AMENITIES - Each unit has its own central heat/air unit, Private hot tub for each suite, 300+ acres of land, Pedernales River (bring your own fishing equipment), gas log fireplace, large patio in back is shared with both suites and has a fire pit and charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal), each suite has a private porch with comfy chairs, birding, Satellite television (picks up all channels), DVD, washer dryer, ironing board and iron, games, puzzles, books, wheel chair access from back, Frisbee golf, private phone in each suite, wonderful views, and your hosts offer several activities available on the property including ping pong, Frisbee golf, and nature trails.
