Located just a short distance from Fredericksburg, M’s Little House sits on 39 beautifully manicured acreage. Your hostess lives in the historic Fredericksburg home next door, but guests will discover peace and tranquility in this precious little guest house.
A long front porch with comfortable seating is perfect for morning or evening visits and offers wonderful views of majestic oak trees and the working ranch adjoining this property. Inside you will walk into a spacious, open living room and bedroom. Comfy (yet exquisite) sofa and chairs are placed to watch the small television with DVD. The black iron queen bed is the focal point of the extraordinary is room. The colors used in the decorating are fresh and inviting. An inviting bathroom makes the chore of getting ready for the day much easier. There are two sinks, a tub and large separate shower. The separate kitchen has a coffeebar complete with small refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker. A complete set of dishes and glasses are left for guest’s convenience.
