Located just a few miles south of Fredericksburg this spacious upstairs suite is both comfortable and elegant. Enjoy the porch that wraps around three sides of Alyssa’s Loft. The front of the loft especially enjoys views of Fredericksburg and it’s nighttime lights. During the day the deer are attracted to the feeder on this four acres, and can be viewed easily from the loft. Your hostess owns “Skye and Henry's” in downtown Fredericksburg plus is a locally well known and sought after home decorator. The loft was featured in the Country Living December 2005 issue.
Inside this special property is a living/dining and kitchen area. The loft was lived in by your hosts during they were building their home located next door. You will find all the pleasures of a complete home with amenities to be cherished. French doors lead into this spacious loft. Enjoy the elegant shabby chic décor in the living room especially in the comfy sofa and chair. Both are placed to enjoy the satellite television with DVD/VCR. A full kitchen offers a range/oven, large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker and toaster. A table for four is perfect for that quiet coffee time.
The bedroom’s focal point is the king size black iron bed topped with white coverlet and fluffy pillows…..offering a true vision of a romantic getaway. Adjacent to the bedroom is a bath with corner garden tub and shower. The sink is created from an old record player and radio.
The loft is over your hosts garage—there may be occasions when your hosts may need to open the garage BUT the loft will otherwise be quiet and private.
