Offering an acre of land (in town) it is surrounded by beauty from the shade trees to the grass and yes even the cosmos flowers.
Cottage style décor is found in each room accented with vintage quilts and textiles. Step inside Cosmos Cottage and you are greeted by an elegant yet small antique harvest table for four. French doors are found on both sides of the dining area. To the left is the bedroom with a queen-size four poster bed sitting high off the floor and decked in an array of luxurious reds…….definitely the focal point of this luxurious room. A large closet is even decorated with playful hat boxes. The adjacent bath has a tub/shower.
The French doors to the right of the entrance lead you into the stunning living room. A comfortable sofa and chair are handsomely covered in eclectic reds perfect for this special cottage. They are placed to enjoy the large flat screen Direct TV television (DVD) or enjoy those cold winter nights in front of the fireplace. Wood floors are found throughout the house and are accented with an array of lovely scatter rugs. White beaded board is found throughout the house making it bright and cheerful yet creating a warmth you will go home with. Behind the living room is a sunroom with a table and chairs created to enjoy the wonderful, spacious yard. The fully equipped kitchen is bright and cheery with it’s white washed walls. It has an electric range/oven, large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and coffeemaker.
Outside is the perfect place for relaxing…….a covered porch is located in the front yard and is great for those picnics or relaxing evening meals.
