Located just twelve miles from town this awesome vacation home is found overlooking the Pedernales River. This five acres of heaven has 850 feet of river frontage. The house is divided into two private suites or rented as one large house sleeping up to ten people (includes AeroBed mattress).
RIVER’S TREEHOUSE
The Honeymoon Suite is the perfect getaway for that romantic occasion. A king four poster bed is the definite focal point of this elegant suite. The large bath offers a large whirlpool tub with an oversized window looking out at the views. Two pedestal sinks add to the spaciousness of this room. There is also a separate shower! Television is 32” HDTV, with DVD and offers Dish Network with over 200 channels. The Honeymoon Suite has a coffeebar with small refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker. Just outside of the bedroom is a deck just for you overlooking the river and the lovely views. A path just outside the suite leads down to the river for the Honeymoon Suite guests.
PEDERNALES RETREAT
Cozy Cabin is a perfect getaway for two couples or a family of four to eight persons. Enter into the spacious living/dining/kitchen area. Television is 32” HDTV, with DVD and offers Dish Network with over 200 channels. This spacious area has a double sided wood fireplace that also faces into one of the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a small dining table for four. The counter in the kitchen also offers stools for eating. Two bedrooms each offer queen beds, and the bath has a clawfoot tub with shower. Behind the kitchen is a wonderful sunroom with a harvest table and chairs. There is also a daybed in the sunroom, which sleeps two. An AeroBed mattress is also available to guests sleeping two.
The FISHERman’s Paradises located on five acres of fun! Not only does the house overlook the Pedernales, but each suite has a private path down to the river. Bring your fishing poles and enjoying a little rest and relaxation as you throw your lines in the river.
