There are three guest houses at Ava’s Haus, each with it’s own distinctive personality. All are located one a few acres just outside of Fredericksburg.
The Garten Cottage
The Garten Cottage’s previous life was an old farm shed for storage and protecting farm life from the weather elements to the right of the main house. Underneath a large oak tree a lean-to porch is the perfect entrance into this quaint little cabin. It consists of one room with high pitched ceilings and a spacious bath. The focal point is the king-size bed. Concealed in a corner cabinet is the TV (limited reception) and a coffee bar . An antique armoire is beautifully displayed and convenient for hanging clothes. Your morning coffee can be enjoyed around an old serving cart which has been converted into a table for two. The spacious bath with its tile floor features a clawfoot tub with shower. A side door leads you onto a patio situated for comfort and privacy.
LOCATION - 1 1/2 miles out Hwy. 290W
HOST - Home to yourselves - Guests may be in one of the other houses
BREAKFAST - Continental breakfast, coffee, teas, and juice. cereal and popcorn
