A beautifully manicured yard leads to a cozy porch and comfy chairs. Entering into the freshly painted living and dining room an ensemble of country blues accent the furniture, walls and windows greets guests with a warm welcome. Unique antiques and collectibles are creatively displayed throughout this picture perfect home. A sofa (queen-size sleeper), large oversized chair with ottoman and sofa bench are comfortably arranged to watch the TV or just simply visit. The dining room with its antique table for four is great for enjoying morning coffee. Wood floors complete the antique country look.

The bright-open kitchen has an electric range, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, coffeemakers and microwave.

Three bedrooms are decorated with those perfect touches. Two of the bedrooms have king beds decked with a lovely quilts plus an array of fluffy accent pillows.  The second bedroom offers two white wicker single beds and a comfy rocker sits in the corner for relaxing. A tub/shower is conveniently located to both bedrooms.   A  third bedroom is found on the west side of the kitchen offering another king-size bed and bath (shower) with a sofa – sleeping one.

This wonderful old home has collectibles and memorabilia throughout. With all of the many special touches offered it is filled with life and love all year long.  The back yard has a covered patio wth table, chairs and gas grill.  Perfect setting for enjoying loved ones.
