This 17th century styled cottage, with its private courtyard is a timeless, seasonless respite for the sojourner. Authentic patterned textiles, raised paneled roomend, stone fireplace, pencil post queen bed with early styled bed hangings - all things to carry the guest to a time of gentler persuasion.
High Meadow Cottage has been intentionally placed to enjoy the incredible views and complete privacy for it’s guests. A stone walkway leads you to the house which is surrounded by a cedar railing fence. The back yard offers a private courtyard designed to use nature as your closest neighbor.
This one room cottage is both spacious and cozy. Two comfy armchairs are arranged to enjoy the decorative fireplace. A TV can be arranged for easy viewing. A coffee bar is hidden in another closet and is complete with sink, microwave, coffeemaker and refrigerator. The queen size pencil post bed is a definite reminder of days-gone-by. Gingham flows from each corner of the bed and an old Shaker table is handsomely used as a night table. The fireplace can also be enjoyed from this awesome bed. A private bath has a tub with shower.
