Twin Hills Ranch is located just a few miles from town on a spacious 254 acres. This comfortable home was once the family home of your hosts and built in about 1990. Why is it called twin hills? On the property and from the view of the house are two hills that appear to be twins or at least closely related.

Three bedrooms and three baths are found in this spacious home. Downstairs if a large bedroom with a queen bed. A vanity with two separate sinks is found in the bathroom; which is open to the bedroom. A large private shower is also in the bathroom and is wheel chair accessible. Another bath is found downstairs with a tub/shower. Upstairs is an open area at the top of the stairs with two twin beds and the adjacent bedroom has a queen bed. The upstairs bath has a shower. The stairs do not have a railing on the family room side—so please be careful. There is a railing against the wall.

 

Downstairs is a family room with TV (limited viewing) and VCR. There is also a wood stove for those cold winter nights. The family room is open to the spacious fully equipped kitchen. Beyond the kitchen is a casual dining room and another kitchen. The dining room has a handsome table easily seating 6 persons. There are several areas in the house with comfortable seating to just sit and visit with your family or friends. In the back of the house is an office full of books and VCR tapes for your enjoyment during your stay.

Outside is a world of nature just waiting to be enjoyed. The views from the house are outstanding and the privacy you will enjoy is inviting.
