Movie buffs take note: the much anticipated return of the Hill Country Film Festival (HCFF) is this Thursday, April 28 through Saturday, April 30 in Fredericksburg at the Stagecoach Theater on Hwy 87 S.
In its second year, this festival is a salute to independent film. Here’s your chance to watch the films and then meet those filmmakers, actors and directors present. Purchase an all-access pass, an all-day pass, or blocks of viewing time. In addition, on Saturday during the festival, event organizers are hosting the Texas Film Roundup to provide the public with free digitization converting Texas-related home movies to DVD – just be willing to leave an extra copy with film archivist with the Texas Archive of the Moving Image, co-hosts of this mini event.
