- The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present to use the light.
- Observe the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces.
- Place all trash in designated containers.

Home was super clean and even on a hot weekend the A/C worked great. Bedrooms could use ceiling fans but other than that we enjoyed our stay and were happy that we could bring our little dog Lucy. The house is located within walking distance to Main Street and not too far from restaurants and shops.
