Although the Courtyards on San Antonio are located only a block from Main St within walking distance to everything Fredericksburg has to offer, the two suites are the perfect retreat to which you may never want to venture out. Each unit offers plenty of privacy and luxury details like a private hot tub and an outdoor fireplace for that perfect romantic getaway or rent both for a couples weekend.
Ava Suite (Formerly Gracie Suite)
A relaxing patio with two rocking chairs greets you when you arrive and is the perfect place to sit and look out at the Sunday Houses lining this street in the Historic District. Once inside, you’ll find stylishly luxurious furnishings in the living area perfectly arranged to enjoy the 42” TV. The focal point of the bedroom is the King size bed with contemporary linens and balanced by the reclaimed wood acting as a headboard. The kitchen which has a delightful industrial feel is equipped lightly with a refrigerator, coffee bar, microwave and toaster oven. Just outside, your you’ll find your outside idyllic oasis complete with a hot tub, outdoor fireplace and bistro table.
Weston Suite (Formerly Lily Suite)
The slightly larger of the two, the Weston Suite entrance is located on the back side of the house where you’ll also find the romantic outdoor fireplace and sitting area. Just down the steps into the backyard is where the hot tub is located, perfectly tucked away for maximum privacy. Inside, you’ll find vaulted ceilings in the living area with a ton of windows allowing for plenty of natural light. It’s fashionably decorated with pops of turquoise and red as well as modern industrial and antiques alike. Although it’s very similar in style and amenities as it’s sister suite, the Lily offers the additional convenience of a full kitchen.
Whether you try the Ava Suite or the Weston Suite first, we’re sure you’ll love the Courtyards on San Antonio so much you’ll be back to stay in the other.
