LOCATION - Approximately 7 miles from Main Street 
HOSTS - Home to yourselves on 16 acres. There is a separate accommodation on the property (Wine Cup Cabin) but it is around 300 feet away. 
SLEEPS - 6 persons; King bed and daybed with trundle in primary bedroom and queen bed in second bedroom
BATH - 2 baths; Primary bath has a large bubble tub and walk-in shower and second bath has a tub/shower combo 
KITCHEN - Full kitchen  
BREAKFAST - No breakfast; coffee & tea are provided
AMENITIES - Outdoor covered hot tub, large indoor bubble tub, TVs with cable, quiet country setting on 17 acres, abundant wildlife, covered front porch with comfy chairs & views of the countryside, covered outdoor lounge area, a gazebo with table & chairs (available during the day only), pond

No Daily Housekeeping

Dogs must be crated in owner’s absence, not allowed on any furniture including beds, and waste picked up afterwards. Dogs are not allowed to wander unattended on the property. Neighbors have livestock and allow hunting on their properties, so it is extremely important that dogs do not cross the fence lines.

Please Note: You are renting a cabin in the Hill Country which means you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Racoons, ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, and take caution while driving at night. You may also encounter the various bugs, spiders, scorpions and mice that live in the country AND sometimes do make their way inside. All properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee no pests or bugs will be visible.

Beautiful view of rural Gillespie County, great house and accomodations. Deer walking around all over the place. Very relaxing stay. Highly recommend.
