The home features a 4.5' deep pool but it is not available after dark, available only from May-October, and only heated to 85 degrees Fahrenheit if needed. Furthermore, the pool is located behind your hosts' home (not the guesthouse where you'll be staying) but your hosts always respect your privacy. 
 
LOCATION - Located on a farm 9 miles southwest of Fredericksburg 
HOSTS - Home all to yourselves. Host lives on the property 
SLEEPS - 5 persons- Two bedrooms; one with a queen bed and second has a full bed. There is also a single rollaway bed. 
BATH - 1 Bathroom with a walk-in shower 
KITCHEN - Fully-equipped kitchen with a Keurig & traditional coffeemaker. 
BREAKFAST - Breakfast fixings are left for you as well as coffee and teas 
AMENITIES - 4.5' deep pool (not available after dark, available only from May-October, and only heated to 85 degrees Fahrenheit if needed), 36” flat screen television in living room, direct TV, DVD, WiFi, gas grill, back porch with seating, 40 acres with views, sheep & deer on the property, one garage parking spot available

Please Note: You are renting a cabin in the Hill Country which means you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Racoons, ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, and take caution while driving at night. You may also encounter the various bugs, spiders, scorpions and mice that live in the country AND sometimes do make their way inside. All properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee no pests or bugs will be visible.
