KITCHEN - A fully equipped kitchen is available for the Lilli Marleen Suite with regular & Keurig coffeemakers. The Bluebonnet & Magnolia Suites each have a coffeebar with a Keurig.
BREAKFAST - No breakfast; coffee and teas are provided
AMENITIES - Electric fireplace in the Lilli Marleen Suite, Wi-Fi, Smart TVs w/ Roku, patio area with two hot tubs, outdoor dining & seating, a fountain & a beautiful Koi pond, large front porch with comfy seating

Wonderful house .Spotless with all amenities . Great layout and location.. We five ladies had a great girls trip. Will stay here again if we are lucky enough to be able to book it.

Our stay at the Magnolia House for three nights was very comfortable and satisfying. The house made our Ladies Trip enjoyable with all it’s Vintage decor and modern amenities. Close to the shopping and the local eateries and wineries we so love . Neighborhood was quiet all night and awakened to the birds singing each morning. Thank You Gasthaus !

Magnolia House is truly a gem. It has many inviting areas to sit and relax or to fellowship with others. We had a wonderful time in Fredricksburg and our accommodations made the time very special.
