The Aqua Door is a 1955 house, newly remodeled, charming 4 bedroom/2 bathroom vacation home rental located just 5 blocks from the center of Main Street and Marktplatz. The house features 4 large cozy bedrooms (3 kings/1 queen), large kitchen fully stocked and equipped for cooking and entertaining, a piano, a cabinet full of indoor games and a fabulous courtyard and backyard shaded by mature pecan trees complete with an outdoor bar, propane grill, outdoor games, courtyard string lights, outdoor dining area with large umbrella, private hot tub and a custom-built wood burning fire pit. 
 
The Aqua Door is the perfect house for families, girls' retreats, bachelorette parties, reunion groups or a couple’s getaway. 
 
LOCATION – 5 blocks North of Main Street & Marktplatz 
HOSTS – Home to Yourselves 
SLEEPS – Up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms; three king bedrooms & one queen bedroom 
BATH – 2 full baths; one bath with a walk-in shower with double sinks & second bath with a tub/shower combo 
KITCHEN – Fully equipped kitchen plus a wine fridge, Keurig & regular coffeemakers 
BREAKFAST – No breakfast provided 
AMENITIES – Flat screen smart TV with Apple TV, WiFi, large dining room table for meals & games (games provided), living room fireplace (non-functioning/decorative only), washer/dryer, courtyard with string lights, outdoor seating surrounding a custom built outdoor wood burning fire pit (not available during a county wide burn ban), courtyard dining table with large umbrella, propane grill, covered outdoor area with private hot tub & outdoor bar, large backyard for outdoor games (cornhole, horse shoes, giant connect 4), front covered patio porch with rocking chairs

Please be aware that the house has a Ring camera on the front of the house and a Ring floodlight above the garage. Both are strictly for security purposes and face the street.

House Rules as Required by the City of Fredericksburg's Short Term Rental Ordinance 
- Observe the City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours (10pm to 7am in residential zones). 
- The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present to use the light. 
- Observe the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces. 
- Place all trash in designated containers.

Great property with lots of amenities and a HUGE yard! The location is not too far of a walk to downtown! Note: The oven takes almost 45 minutes to preheat :(

We had an amazing stay at The Aqua Door!! The home was absolutely spotless and cozy! There was so much thought put into the details of each space to make it personalized and special for us!! I loved the message and bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and more! Thanks for creating a stellar experience for us! Beautiful home with all the essentials provided for a vacation in Fredericksburg! My family and friends throughly enjoyed the home, especially the piano and backyard games! Will definitely stay at The Aqua Door again!
