If you’re looking for a place that truly represents modern day Fredericksburg, you’ll find what you’re looking for at Der Weinkellar. This large four bedroom home is the perfect combination of wine country and ranch décor and still has the original wood floors from the 1940s. As you walk through the front door, be prepared to be wowed by all of the chic ranch accents from the unique longhorn art and cowhide chairs to the oversized wine opener on the wall. The room is furnished with cozy elements as well like a comfy leather sofa and 60” flat screen TV. Because it’s open to the fully updated kitchen, this space is perfect for gathering with friends and family. For the wine connoisseurs, there are not one but two wine refrigerators for you to properly store all the wines you purchased while in the Hill Country wine region.
With four bedrooms, there is plenty of room for everyone. The Master Suite features a beautiful king size iron bed with Tempur-Pedic mattress and the en suite bath has been thoughtfully laid out with double vanity sinks and a spacious walk-in shower. Two of the other guest bedrooms both have queen size beds, both with minimalist bedding. The fourth bedroom, which has a trundle bed, is perfect for the kids with a rocket shaped lamp as the focal point. There is a second bath with a shower/tub combo as well as a double vanity allowing plenty of room for a group of girlfriends to prepare for a night out on the town.
If you find yourself exhausted from a full day of exploring Fredericksburg, the back yard provides a relaxing setting to wind down with a large covered stone patio featuring a firepit and an old tree stump repurposed as a table. The spacious backyard is the perfect setting for creating wonderful memories with family and friends.
