Located in town and just a short drive to Main St, Rustic Charm offers the perfect haven for friends, family and fido. This newly constructed two bedroom house is perfectly decorated throughout with a fresh take on rustic décor.
The living room is home to two comfy leather sofas; one of which converts to a pull out bed with the ability to sleep two extra guests. Both sofas are positioned in perfect view of the 52” flat screen cable TV, ideal for staying in with the family and watching a movie after a full day of sightseeing in Fredericksburg. Because there are two Queen bedrooms and two full baths, Rustic Charm is the perfect place for two couples traveling together. The focal point of the Master bedroom is the massive wood bed with Texas stars adorning the bedding. There is also a work space in this room for those guests who need to get a little work done while on vacation. The second bedroom also features a prominent wood bed that has a mission style flair. Antler accents add a complimentary touch.
Rustic Charm also has an abundance of common areas for everyone to gather in besides just the living room. There is a relaxing sunroom with a wall of windows as well as an extra area in the garage for playing games. Both rooms open up to the spacious fenced-in yard which makes it ideal for enjoying adult time while watching the kids and dogs play outside.
For those of you foodies visiting Fredericksburg, there is also a full kitchen for making gourmet meals and a wine fridge to store all of the fabulous new wines you discovered while visiting the Hill Country’s award winning wineries!
