Long Term Rental | Fredericksburg Texas Lodging Rentals

Some of our homeowners will rent their properties on a monthly basis during the slower times of the year. Generally, this is January, February, June, July, August, and September. We have many long-term rental options here in the Texas Hill Country, find the right one for you and your family below.

Please note the following when considering Gästehaus Schmidt long-term rental options:

• Rates apply to 30+ days.
• Rates include all utilities as well as television & phone connections (if applicable).
• No housekeeping is provided.
• Reservations lasting 30 days or longer do not pay hotel/motel tax. No refunds for early departures.

Deposit Policy: Requires an initial deposit of $500.00 within 14 days of making reservations and a second deposit, equal to one month’s rent, 90 days prior to arrival with payment in full 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Requires written notice at least 45 days prior to arrival in order to be eligible for refund or deposit monies, less a $100.00 processing fee. If you cancel less than 45 days in advance, one month’s rent will be retained by Gästehaus Schmidt and the homeowner.
