Fredericksburg Food and Wine Festival Tickets on Sale in our Virtual Store

The annual Food and Wine Festival is one of Fredericksburg’s most popular festivals. The festival benefits the city of Fredericksburg’s continuing improvements to Marktplatz. This year the festival falls on October 25.

You will be able to purchase your tickets when you make your reservation online, or over the phone.

There are three types of tickets: Patron, General Admission Adult, and General Admission Child.

Patron tickets cost $100 and give you access to the gourmet brunch on Saturday and admission onto the grounds after brunch, 12 tickets for wine tasting, and souvenir glass, a name badge and pin.

General Admission Adult tickets cost $20 dollars and give you access to the festival, a souvenir wine glass, 6 tickets for wine tasting.

General Admission Child tickets cost $5 and give your minor child (over 5) to the grounds. You do not get a souvenir glass nor wine tasting tickets. Please don’t purchase them for your non-drinking friends.  These tickets are for minors only. Children under five are free.  So don’t enter numbers for children under 5.

When you make a reservation online, we will only charge your room rates.  Ticket charges are due upon arrival. The deadline for Patron tickets is October 19.

Ticket sales are final and there are no refunds from the festival organizers. Therefore, Gästehaus Schmidt cannot refund any money from the tickets in the event of a cancellation. There are a limited number of Patron tickets. As soon as we hear they are sold out, we will not honor any Patron ticket purchases. We will notify you by email if that should occur.

We will not sell tickets the day of the festival, but tickets will be available at the gate.
