Heavy Traffic Advisory for December 6

If you’re coming to Fredericksburg this weekend, get here early!  An Advisory from the city: ‘

On Thursday, December 6, 2012 between the hours of 2:15 pm and 3:00 pm, beginning at the 1100 block of East Main through the 200 Block of East Main (US 290), a funeral procession honoring Austin/Travis County EMS Captain Randy Trinkle, a Fredericksburg resident, will be taking place.

“The Funeral will proceed from the First Baptist Church to the Greenwood Cemetery. There will be approximately 100 emergency vehicles in the procession. The procession will proceed up Main Street and turn right on Llano Street en-route to the cemetery. If possible, avoid this area due to expected heavy traffic.”
