Lone Star Gourd Festival This Weekend

The Lone Star Gourd Festival, featuring a national gourd art competition, numerous gourd supply vendors, world class gourd art, gourd art classes, children’s gourd craft area, door prizes and raffle, will take place this Friday through Sunday, October 19 through 21 at the Gillespie County Fairgrounds. Festival hours are Friday, October 19, and Saturday October 20, from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., and Sunday, October 21, from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Festival admission is only $5 for the entire weekend.
