Outside cameras record motion at exterior doors. They are for security and property management purposes. They help us assure compliance with City rental and fire codes, and, based on past experience and industry practice, verify that the overnight guest and pet count is consistent with the reservation, at which point, we disable them. This 100 year old house was renovated in 2015. Most walls inside are soft, calm gray. The ceilings are high. Natural light through the large original windows is lovely and abundant. There’s an eclectic mix of antique and contemporary furniture along with plentiful fine art, like an old painting of San Isidro (patron saint of farmers) and several sculptures as well as area landscapes painted by your hostess, Mallory Agerton. Linger over a meal or sink into the sofa or leather chairs with a book. Drink morning coffee or evening wine in rocking chairs on the front porch or on the sitting wall beside roses in the secret side garden. Or, walk 0.7 miles to Main Street.
Downstairs, the house has two bedrooms, each with a king bed and bath. The beds and bedding are all new in 2017. The deluxe mattresses, pillows and opaque drapes should please even the pickiest sleeper. Wool rugs, crystal chandeliers, and bathrooms with tile, Carrera marble and glass add a touch of romance. The upstairs loft has a queen, two twins and a half bath.
The well-equipped kitchen includes non-stick ceramic cookware, white porcelain dinnerware, a dish washer and microwave. The gas stove, electric oven, fridge and outdoor gas grill are new in 2017. Dine inside beneath dimmed lights and a tin ceiling or outside on the stone patio beneath an old pecan. Then, hang out around the fire pit. Other features include WiFi, a 40-inch flat screen TV, and indoor laundry room with washer and dryer.

Bella Regalo was everything we expected and more, a “beautiful gift” that made our weekend in Fredericksburg that much better! The home has so much character and is so well done. You get the experience of old and new so beautifully put together. The beds were lush and comfortable. The bathrooms did not disappoint, well done with a blend of old and new. The kitchen was so well stocked and everything so easy to find. The living room comfortable and the grounds so beautifully done. This place will definitely be my first choice whether girls weekend, romantic getaway or family gathering and I will tell all my friends about it

My daughters, son-in-laws and I have have stayed at many places around Texas over the years and Bella Regalo has to be the best experience by far. The property, house and attention to detail for the guests are exceptional and more than expected. A real first class place to stay and enjoy Fredericksburg and the surrounding destinations. Definitely on our list for a repeat visit.

The home is the right size for three or more, especially a family. It's hard to find a location close (but not too close) to Main Street, garage parking, pet friendly, and more than one bathroom. Bella Regalo meets all those expectations along with providing a updated, stylist, and clean house that feels new but retains all the original bones of turn of century home.

Absolutely gorgeous. We had everything we could possibly need. The only complaint is the air conditioning. It never cooled down the master bedroom no matter how hard it tried. Nonetheless, the home is absolutely beautiful and the accommodations couldn’t be better. Beautiful decor inside and out.

This home was perfect for our stay. The decor is very charming. Excellent amenities. You will sleep amazing in these beds. They are so comfortable, which is hard to find when renting a home. The sheets are so soft it’s like sleeping on clouds. Big backyard with a fire pit. Perfect for our small dogs to run around. The home is well taken care of and very clean. Absolutely will stay here again and will bring more family. It’s small enough for a couple to stay with their mom but also big enough to bring a large family. The only thing I would say needs improvement is the location of the TV. It’s the only one in the house and it’s in a small sitting area where only 2 chairs are. We didn’t watch much TV and it was just 3 of us so we didn’t mind it. Love love this home!

I wish I could give it more than 5 stars! This home is absolutely beautiful, and every detail is lovely. High ceilings, bright light, gorgeous decor with attention to every detail. All of the charm of a 100 year old farm house with gorgeous design and modern amenities. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, dishes, etc (and well labeled so you can easily find everything), lovely linens, and just a generally beautiful and tranquil home. Two large master bedrooms and the upstairs sleeping area would easily accommodate two couples and children or perfect for a girls trip. There is a great back area with a gate and converted barn garage. About half a mile from Main Street, so ideal location. The front porch was perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee and paper. I can not recommend this home enough!!

House was beautiful and extremely comfortable. All the beds were so comfy that we all got a good nights rest. Kitchen well stocked, house had a lot of nice amenities. Definitely upscale and so clean. I am picky about the cleanliness of vacation rentals and I will say this was the cleanest rental property I’ve ever stayed at. The proximity to Main Street and shopping/restaurants was about a 2-3 minute drive. Would highly recommend this home if you’re wanting close to town, family friendly, clean, warm and inviting. Good memories made this weekend!

Bella Regalo is a beautifully restored/updated home, with all the creature comforts you need to have a wonderful stay in Fredricksburg. Looks as good or better than the pictures. Beds were extremely comfortable and the home was clean with everything in good working order. Highly recommend this property for 4 -6 people (8 could work but would be tight).

The house is very nice and comfortable. The best part was the great kitchen tools and equipment. We cooked almost every meal at the house and the kitchen had all of the pots, pans, utensils, etc. that we needed. Jessica and the owner were also great to work with.
