HOSTS - Private cabin to yourself. There are 5 other cabins on the property in addition to RV hookups. Your host lives on the property should you need anything during your stay.

BATH - Walk-in shower
BREAKFAST - No breakfast. Coffee and tea are provided

All properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee no pests or bugs will be visible.

The cabin really cute but we could only stay one of the 3 nights that we paid for because the next door neighbor was very drunk and yelling around midnight. I think there should be implemented quite hours,, especially since the cabins are right next to each other. We barely slept the first night. Not a good experience.

Had a very relaxing, peaceful stay @ Mollie's cabin. So nice to sit out on the back porch and watch deer and goats grazing, listening to the birds, and wind in the trees. Cabin was roomy, and bed was very comfortable. Easy to go into town to shop and eat since it's only 3 miles from Fredericksburg. There's a bar and grill at the front of the property open Wed- Sunday that has live music - we never made it out of the hot tub on the back porch to check it out though! Would definitely stay @ Mollie's cabin again. Few recommendations to management- could use more silverware and dish towels in the kitchen , need longer pull chains on ceiling fans - had to use a stepladder to reach the chains !
If you are planing a trip to Fredericksburg, definitely stay at Live Oaks Creek Cabins!

2nd time staying at Mollie's Cabin and we loved it! Paddle boat was fun and we enjoyed relaxing on this huge property. We will definitely return again.

Great little place to relax away from the city. Bar and food truck within walking. Very peaceful and relaxing. Cabin was very modern and clean. Everything you need and want for a couple of nights away.

The cutest cabin on beautiful property!!! We loved Mollie’s cabin. It was the perfect getaway for our 1 year wedding anniversary. The hot tub on the back porch with an amazingly beautiful view with all the animals was a plus too. My husband enjoyed fishing on the creek and we both enjoyed the bar and grill on site. We will definitely be back and have told all of our family and friends about this little gem! We have always stayed in Fredericksburg because I have family here, but this has been the most gorgeous place we have stayed.
