Built in 1923 by Edward Stein, the Magnolia House was consistently voted one of the top B&Bs in Fredericksburg since 1991. It has been converted from a B&B and is now a premier vacation rental in which you can rent the entire five bedroom house for a gathering with friends and family or as spacious suites with separate sitting areas, fireplaces and private entrances. The Magnolia Suite is a 1 bedroom and 1 bath suite that is ideal for couples. Like all of the rooms at Magnolia House, the Magnolia Suite is spotless and well appointed with high quality linens, fluffy towels, signature toiletries and luxurious spa robes- all selected with your ultimate comfort in mind. After a long day enjoying the beauty of the Hill Country, relax with a glass of wine next to the koi pond or enjoy a soak in one of the 2 hot tubs. - The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present to use the light. 
- Observe the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces. 
- Place all trash in designated containers.
