Lovely home and with everything needed inside to make our stay enjoyable and easy ! We have stayed in a few different properties recently , and the wine and Christmas cheer upon arrival was a sweet surprise. Backyard needs a bit of work and no chairs to sit at fire pit unless you move deck furniture but not a big deal because the weather didn't cooperate for much outside time. We would come back to be sure

Very nice, clean, updated house about a mile from Main St. We brought our toddler and 7-year-old and the house was perfect for them! Our pack n play fit in one of the large closets in a guest room which was a nice bonus. The house has EVERYTHING you need for a toddler! Including a sound machine and a Dyson stick vacuum for snack messes!! They loved the books and toys provided and we could hardly tear my 7-yr-old away from the ping pong table in the back shed. We hope to come back!

Wein cottage was lovely! Very well appointed and just perfect for our stay! Only issue for us was the beds were not comfortable, but if people like ultra firm, I am sure they would be fine. I absolutely recommend this property!

We all LOVED our stay here! The whole place was so clean and beautifully decorated. We found everything we needed but didn't eat many meals in since we were on the go quite a bit. The house could have been a bit closer to town, but we had a car and also Uber worked well and was not expensive. The rooms and amenities were just perfect and we loved the TVs with all the options. Thank you for the great stay in this charming house!

This property is a hidden gem. The exterior is unassuming, but once you step in you'll be amazed at the style and comfort. It is too far from the main drag to be walkable, but we appreciated the quiet and easily accessible neighborhood. Downtown Fredericksburg was right up the street, so we never felt like we were out of the action. The home is well equipped with creature comforts. It has fast wifi, great streaming services, and all the amenities a family needs to stay connected. The backyard is perfect. Our dog loved the space and we enjoyed having morning coffee in the swinging chairs on the back porch. It is difficult to find things to complain about. The air conditioner is sort of loud, so light sleepers shouldn't take the room next to the AC. The master bedroom bed is really firm which required us to switch up sleeping arrangements, but it was a personal preference over an issue with the mattress. Great location, great price, and super comfy. What more do you need?

10/10 recommend! The Wein Cottage was so cozy, well designed and instantly felt like our home away from home. The hosts no doubt poured their hearts into designing this home. Every detail was well thought out. They went above and beyond providing everything one could possible want and need! From the hammock chairs, to the pool table in the shed, to the comfy beds/bedding, to the frame TVs and decor. Seriously an oasis! The location was a short 3 minutes to EVERYTHING in FBG! We will be back!!!!
