BATH - 2 baths; Master bath has a whirlpool tub, separate shower & double vanity, 2nd bath has a shower
KITCHEN - Fully equipped kitchen w/ Keurig. Dining room w/ seating for up to 8.
BREAKFAST - No breakfast. Coffee and teas provided

Ladies weekend and the house was designed for entertaining. From the beautiful fireplace and dining area to the front porch it was a delightful experience. Close to main street as well so those that wanted to do more shopping could while others relaxed.

It was great to be able to walk to the main drive and not have to fight finding parking. The house was very nice and open. Our only hiccup was not realizing that two of the rooms are connected to each other and also located within the master bedroom but luckily we are all close friends so just felt like big sleepover!

Awesome location, within walking distance of great shopping and German-food dining. Wineries everywhere !!! Great hot tub and outdoor fireplace (S’mores heaven) and outdoor living room. Comfy beds and pillows. Spacious. Cozy. Chickens in yard next door added to the eclectic charm. Fredericksburg is a friendly destination. Lots of family fun !!!

The home was beautifully maintained, bright and open-the perfect place for a family gathering. Plenty of wood for the outdoor fireplace and lots of indoor and outdoor seating. The linens were soft and the beds extremely comfortable. Plenty of nice towels and the shower pressure was well above average. The entire family enjoyed the beautiful property and we will definitely return for another visit in the future.
