The lux appointed interior offers a full living room with seating for up to 5, Smart TV, reading material, and board games along with internet access. The full size kitchen offers a full size washer and dryer along with dining for 4. The Bedroom offers 2 closets along with a desk and an in-bedroom TV. The bath is spacious with a tub/shower combo along with ample storage for all your amenities.
The exterior offers the quintessential wood frame Fredericksburg Cottage nestled under the sweeping grace of the two twin oak trees. There is covered parking and off street parking for up to 4 vehicles. The outdoor lighting illuminates the yard after sundown offering an open view of the stars. Right off the side door is the 4 person hot tub and in the patio area there is ample room to grill and eat. The patio offers seating for 4 and a fire ring for evening fires along with an open Pecan Orchard to set up your telescope or enhanced view of the stars. We encourage you and your furry friend to come stay here in Fredericksburg and enjoy the beautiful Texas Hill Country.

The cottage was neat and clean with evident care taken in selecting all furniture and accrouraments.
The price for this was exorbidant - way too much for this old house.
The yard needed a lot of attention. It was not fenced for pets. Neighbor dogs kept things lively.
The hot tub was way too "public" for casual enjoyment as the tub sat at the end of the driveway along a fairly busy gravel roadway.
I was pleased to see that there was some pride in ownership, but I felt that it was overrated and overpriced.

Twin Oaks Cottage is just fantastic. Every need was met at this charming, comfortable, and well-appointed home. While it’s nestled in the Fredericksburg countryside, you are still close enough to the main strip with all the fun. The hosts were kind, responsive, and made great dining, shopping, and wineries suggestions for us.
Once back in the cottage, my husband and I enjoyed all the modern-day amenities, like the wireless speakers and comfortable AC. The cozy cottage included a large backyard where we enjoyed cigars and champagne in the evening while we star-gazed. Yes, the host provides a cigar ashtray AND champagne bucket for those who like to indulge. And yes, you are far enough from the main strip you can enjoy a pitch-black sky and the unmistakable twinkle of stars. Once we settled in, the bed and linens were so soft and luxurious, it definitely made us want to spend our Saturday in! We had a lovely time and are definitely booking again!!

Five star host! Our family of three enjoyed a great and relaxing stay at Twin Oaks Cottage. This is such a stylish and cozy place, fit well with sweet little details and enough creature comforts that allowed us the perfect weekend getaway. Each room has a nice setup of items you might need; all clean and well presented. We slept comfortably each night and woke up feeling rested. The charmingly-lit outdoor space is really pleasant in the evenings, enjoyed with a glass of wine and the lovely country night sky. We would definitely recommend this little treasure where you can enjoy a slice of life in beautiful Texas Hill County, conveniently located close to downtown Fredericksburg and its local wineries. We hope to be back soon!

Great place to stay just a stone\'s throw away from downtown Fredericksburg. This cottage is a great option for those who want to enjoy everything that Fredericksburg has to offier but also wants a little peace at night to relax and reflect on the day\'s activities. Great attention to detail of all the amenities you would want - comfy bed, full Kitchen, washer/dryer, big bathroom, very clean, beautiful decor, and great outside sitting area. Can\'t recommend this stay enough. Felt like home.

Thank you Joey for once again being such a great host for our second weekend getaway! It truly was fun and convenient to town and a short commute to all our favorite wineries. We loved ending our evenings in a calm, quiet and comfortable setting. Definitely the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at!
