I stayed in the Sunflower room and loved it! Sitting in the hot tub under the stars was magical. Drinking coffee on the front porch was a beautiful way to start my morning. Will definitely stay again!

When designing this guest house every detail appeared to have been considered for whatever combination of guests/ages were occupying it. The king sized beds and private en suite bathrooms with walk in showers would appeal to adults. The queen sized bed and bunk beds would appeal to younger guests. The bathroom with the shower/tub combo would provide a place to bathe the youngest guests. The spacious inside common area was open, light filled and full of seating options; including recliners, a couch, a traditional dining table and an island with stools for visiting while cooking or to set up a buffet or snack station. The kitchen was fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans, etc for those who wanted to cook meals. Outside there were plenty of seating areas either on the front porch watching the world go by or on the back deck enjoying the creek, hot tub or other outdoor activities. Every detail or eventuality seemed to have been thought through in this newly completed guest house! It was quiet and comfortable and provided privacy for each member of our group at night and the large common area gave us plenty of space to visit and plan our next outing!! I\'m sure the luxurious Owner\'s Suite in the back would be equally enjoyable.

Everything listed on the site about the amenities was true. The place is amazing. Everything appears new and maintained beautifully. I would recommend this to anyone for a Fredericksburg stay.

The owners attention to detail was amazing!!!!! They took so much into consideration when building this little slice of Heaven. It felt like home the moment we walked through the door.
They left us a helpful list of things to do, shops to see, places to eat. Being two blocks from downtown made the walk for shopping a breeze.
The art work on the walls, the hot tub pre heated for our arrival, the personalized basket left for us. There was nothing missed!!!
This is definitely the ONLY place in Fredericksburg we will be staying in the future.
