The Pioneer Museum will kick off its 11th year of the Roots Music Series in the Texas Hill Country on May 19, with a rare “Jazz Night” lineup of music, food, and family fun.

The May 19 concert will feature the following lineup:

6:30-7:25 Kris Kimura Quartet
7:40-8:50 Los Jazz Vatos
9:10-10:30 The Magnificent 7

All concerts take place on Saturdays from 6:30 – 10:30 p.m., with gates open at 5 p.m. Guests can purchase a meal and refreshments of wine, beer, sodas, and water. Parking is free. The Pioneer Museum is located at 325 West Main Street in Fredericksburg, with event entrance on Milam Street.

Admission is $12. Students high school age and younger are free. A $2 discount is available for advance online ticket sales or web page printout at
