Fredericksburg Music Club presents Alamo Metro Chorus – March 18

Fredericksburg Music Club hosts monthly classical concerts and March’s concert will be at Fredericksburg United Methodist Church, 1800 N. Llano Street, and begins at 3 pm. By Donation.

In the spring of every year, Alamo Metro Chorus participates in the Region 10 chorus competition in Houston, Texas. Competitions are a special time for quartets and choruses from our region to come together to sing for each other, and get some constructive feedback from a panel of judges. The winners of the regional competition in both quartet and chorus categories get to travel to International Competition, which is held in the fall in a city selected each year. Alamo Metro Chorus won the 2009 Region 10 Competition in Houston, and competed in Seattle, WA, in the fall of 2010.
